Without an account, SiteProof collects nothing: your photos stay on your phone and leave it only when you share them. With SiteProof Team, your company's projects are stored in the cloud so the crew and the office can work on them, and the company owns that data. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Paid seats are owners, admins and members. Viewers are free, and so are clients who use the client portal.
Yes, at any time from the billing page on the team website. Your company keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
