1. Who we are

SiteProof ("SiteProof") will be distributed through Google Play by MJRed Dev LLC, trading as Plainform ("we", "us"). This policy applies to SiteProof. You can reach us at mjred.dev@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

SiteProof has no user accounts or login and does not automatically upload app content or diagnostics to us. We cannot see information processed only on your device. We receive information only if you deliberately send it to us, such as by emailing feedback or a problem report.

We do not include advertising networks, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or any other third-party tracking libraries in SiteProof.

3. Data SiteProof processes on your device

SiteProof needs access to certain information in order to function. That information is primarily processed locally. Any user-requested transfer to another service or app is described in section 5.

• Camera — to take jobsite photos.
• Location (while in use) — to record where a photo was taken and to stamp it onto the image. We do not request background location access.
• Microphone — optional, only when you record a voice note.
• Photos, reports, and job records are stored on your device. If you turn on backup, files are copied to a folder you choose; we have no access to it.
• Reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into a street address) uses the Android system service, which may contact Google. See section 5.

4. Purchases

Paid features are sold as one-time in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google; we never see or store your payment details.

5. Third-party services

We do not embed third-party trackers. SiteProof uses or hands information to platform and third-party services only to complete actions you request:

• Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases and verify entitlements.
• Android system geocoding — converts coordinates into a readable address. This request is made by the Android operating system and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The feature degrades gracefully when offline: the app records coordinates only.

6. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is disclosed to a platform service or destination app only when needed for an action you request, as described in section 5.

7. Data retention and deletion

App-private data remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall SiteProof according to Android behavior. Where SiteProof offers an export or backup feature, copies you create are under your control and must be deleted through the app or location where you saved them.

We do not maintain an account or app-content database about you. If you send us an email, you may contact us to request deletion of that correspondence.

8. Children

SiteProof is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

App data is stored in private application storage protected by Android's sandbox. Network connections SiteProof makes on your behalf use encrypted protocols where the destination server supports them.

10. Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. Most information described here remains under your control on your own device. For information you deliberately send us, contact us using the address below to exercise any applicable rights.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how SiteProof handles data will also be noted in SiteProof's release notes.
