The short version. Our apps do not collect your personal data. We do not operate servers that receive it, we do not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell or share information with third parties. What the apps process stays on your device.

The rest of this page explains, per app, exactly what data is handled and why.

1. Who we are

Plainform is the trading name of MJRed Dev LLC ("we", "us"), which publishes Android applications through Google Play. This policy applies to all applications we publish. You can reach us at mjred.dev@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect personal data. Our apps have no user accounts, no login, and no backend service that receives your information. We have no ability to see the contents of your device, your files, your photos, your call history, or your location.

We do not include advertising networks, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, or any other third-party tracking libraries in our applications.

3. Data the apps process on your device

Our apps need access to certain information in order to function. That information is processed locally and is not transmitted to us.

CallShield

Phone and call log access — to identify an incoming number and decide whether one of your rules blocks it. Evaluation happens entirely on the device.
Contacts — optional, used only to let you allow calls from people you know. Contact data is never uploaded.
SMS — where enabled, to apply your blocking rules to messages.
Your rules and blocked-call history are stored in a private database on the device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

File Zone

Storage access — to browse, search, and manage your files, which is the app's function.
Network credentials — if you connect to your own network shares (SMB, FTP, SFTP, WebDAV), credentials are stored encrypted on the device using the Android Keystore, and are sent only to the server you configured.
File contents are never transmitted to us.

SiteProof

Camera — to take jobsite photos.
Location (while in use) — to record where a photo was taken and to stamp it onto the image. We do not request background location access.
Microphone — optional, only when you record a voice note.
Photos, reports, and job records are stored on your device. If you turn on backup, files are copied to a folder you choose; we have no access to it.
Reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into a street address) uses the Android system service, which may contact Google. See section 5.

4. Purchases

Paid features are sold as one-time in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google; we never see or store your payment details. We receive only an anonymous confirmation of whether a purchase is active.

5. Third-party services

We do not embed third-party trackers. Two Google services are used in a limited way:

Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases and verify entitlements.
Android system geocoding (SiteProof only) — converts coordinates into a readable address. This request is made by the Android operating system and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The feature degrades gracefully when offline: the app records coordinates only.

6. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone. There is no data to sell, because we do not collect any.

7. Data retention and deletion

All app data lives on your device. Uninstalling an app removes its data. Where an app offers an export or backup feature, copies you have made to a location of your choosing are under your control, and we cannot access or delete them.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on request. If you have any question about this, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

Our apps are general-purpose utilities and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

App data is stored in private application storage protected by Android's sandbox. Network credentials, where applicable, are encrypted using the Android Keystore. Network connections our apps make on your behalf use encrypted protocols where the destination server supports them.

10. Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so these rights are satisfied by default. You retain full control of the data on your own device.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how an app handles data will also be noted in that app's release notes.
